Terms & Conditions
By booking a trip or using the services of Next Cast Charter LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. All charters must be booked in advance, and a deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation. Final payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking, and prices are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Cancellations made within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 48–72 hours] of the scheduled trip may result in the loss of your deposit or full payment. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule trips due to unsafe weather conditions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund. The captain will determine whether conditions are safe to proceed, and light rain or overcast conditions may not result in cancellation.
Passengers are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by the captain at all times. Disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior may result in termination of the trip without refund. Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their scheduled charter. By participating in a charter, you acknowledge that boating and fishing activities involve inherent risks, and Next Cast Charter LLC is not liable for personal injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances, except where required by law.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought on board. Guests may be held responsible for damage to the vessel or equipment caused by negligence or misuse. Alcohol may be permitted in moderation at the captain’s discretion, while illegal substances are strictly prohibited. The captain reserves the right to end the trip without refund if safety is compromised.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
